ShinDig – trail work day – Saturday, October 12 @ 9am
We accomplished a great deal over the past month to address storm damage to our Arkansas Hills trails, but we still have more work to do. This Saturday we will work on Lower Sand Dunes, Lower Cottonwood, Prospector, Sweet Dreams, and possibly others – to continue to get these great trails back in shape from last month’s storm.
We will be meeting at the F Street parking lot for a 9 am start. Please arrive a bit early to sign work waivers. Wear sturdy
shoes/boots, appropriate clothes, work gloves, and bring water. Eye protection is also suggested. Some of these work areas will require a healthy hike in, so plan accordingly.
Little Cambodia, Absolute Bikes, and Soulcraft Beer will sponsor the after work lunch and bevs. The September work day turnout was awesome, and we are hoping for another great turnout this Saturday – so please join us for some work and fun!
