Mini Dig with Women of the Sawatch – Pano!

05:30 pm-07:30 pm
We’d love for you to join us on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 5:30–7:30pm for a couple of hours of trail work on Pano! We will be doing tread work on Pano! We’ll meet at the Spiral Drive TH at 5:30pm. For this project, you can expect the hike to the worksite to be approximately .5 mile and a fairly easy hike.

Shindig – Hold for Wilderness project

8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Come on out for our second annual campout, Saturday, July 25- Sunday, July 26. We are still working on the logistics of this project, but it looks as though it may be a wilderness bridge building extravaganza! More details coming soon!

Upcoming Volunteer Events

“Shindigs” — Saturdays from April-October. Shindigs last from 8am-2pm and tackle larger, labor-intensive projects.

“Minidigs” — Every other Thursday May-September. Work is light-duty, easy to access, and usually includes maintenance tasks such as raking, clearing drains, and opening up corridor.

No experience required. SMT provides tools, training and post-dig food/drink.
