As many of you know, we are building a new trail connecting the Cottonwood drainage to Sweet Dreams and Chicken Dinner – working name “Lowry Property Trail’.  Brink Messick is our builder and is a collaborative effort with the Colorado Mountain Club.  We have Brink and his crew for 3 weeks of work and they will be finishing up their allotted time next week.  They need a boost in the way of a trail work day that will hopefully allow them to finish the trail. If you have time/interested/availability – We need to know exactly who will be able to work.  If you are able, please RSVP by emailing us at salidamountaintrails@gmail.com

Thanks in advance for your consideration of this fun and important trail work day.

After meeting at F street volunteers can walk, pedal, or carpool to near the bottom of Sweet Dreams  along the railroad tracks where tools will be staged.  We will nail this down after RSVPs.
