Our goal for the upcoming June ShinDig is to finish the work that we began in May. Last month, we successfully roughed-in the first–and steepest–half of the connector trail that will lead to the City’s soon-to-be-built labyrinth. Building this trail is one small way to say “thank you” to the City of Salida for purchasing and preserving this property! Let’s get it finished this weekend!

Please meet at the F-street Bridge parking lot at 8:45am, to leave for the work site by 9.

After the trail work, a free lunch will be provided to the volunteers at Sweetie’s Sandwhich Shop. As usual, come prepared with water, gloves, long pants and sturdy boots. Tools will be provided.
